Local spell customization and overriding happens in custom grimoires
(c.f. scribbler). Provider logic is thus superfluous in the case of
local custom spells.

Providers make sense when more than one distinct "spell" is available
from the grimoire namespace.

When a local custom spell is rebroadcast and intended for broader
inclusion in the main grimoire sets so as to coexist with the original
spell, then you give it a unique name and use providers.
