That's perfect :-)! I used Gmane with Subversion and other lists
sometime ago.

Gmane goes to great lengths to block evil posting, so even this might
not be necessary. They would always ask a new sender to confirm a
message to a new newsgroup. Meaning, even sender authenticated for
newgroup A would get confirmation request to be allowed to post to
newsgroup B.

As long as they're obfuscated, I agree.

I'm indifferent about that. What would it add over Gmane?
