I like this idea as long as we have /etc/udev/udev.conf ->
/etc/udev/rules.d/udev.conf or /etc/udev/rules.d/udev.conf ->
/etc/udev/udev.conf (preferably the latter) so that people can still easily
find the "standard" config file for udev. :)

This will give a layout similar to how we'd like to do the apache spells. :)
