hmm. Did we ever decide to use FHS 2.3?
well, not meaning to offend, but I thought we ended that discussion
with "let's wait and see".
Personally, I think FHS 2.3 is a bunch of crap. But am I alone with this
and is everyone else happy we have FHS 2.3, or is everyone indifferent
or is anyone with me?

http://bugs.sourcemage.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5645 is the FHS layout for
the ISO bug.

According to the bug we (and apparently other distros) aren't quite on
the FHS 2.3 bandwagon yet.

Having said that, I've grown accustomed to the /media folder on my
machine. ;)
