With my limited experience, it is easier to get a new e-mail address than a
new mail list from Ibiblio, which is why I changed the purpose of
sm-spell-submit rather than wait for the new mail list. However, I'm not
actually privy to all that goes on there, so my perception may be skewed from
reality.
