I have been waiting to announce the status of this as it has taken the Ryan a
bit to get the funds together that are in the account.

The status right now is as follows:

1. Eric Womack is the store owner, it was transfered awhile back to him. All
funds are then sent to an account under his name for Source Mage. That seems
to be the way it all works thru CafePress.

2. Ryan has funds outstanding and has offered to solve the transfer as
follows:

"I will send you a check for $63.75 on June 15th. I will send the other
half on July 15th. Per our earlier discussions, I simply cannot afford to
pull much out of my budget at this point in time. I can hardly afford the
63.75 as is. I do have some extra project work coming up, and if payment
arrives earlier, I may choose to send the second half sooner. But no
promises."

I can live with this. I have not heard back from Eric Womack as to the
results
of this agreement (have funds been received?).

Ryan made one hint about us letting the funds go as a 'gift' for his work on
the project. I have not agreed to this as I find it unfair to everyone that
has also put time into the project. This is a sensitive point in my opinion
and I hope you all will leave it alone, Ryan is not deserving of a flame war
and/or critisism. I believe the money will come as soon as he can arrange it.

3. As for plans with the funds, I have one. I would like to have two t-shirts
paid for and sent to me as gifts to the CVS hosting/maintainers. There are
two persons involved there and I would provide pictures for the website as
verification of the CVS box and gifts.

That's about it for now. All future questions should be directed at Eric
Womack with regards to the status and/or problems in our shop.

I think a yearly overview of the status should/could be posted by Eric Womack
as he see's fit.
