I don't believe the SOURCE_LIC* will fix the problem of multiple
dependencies, as these mostly consist of disperate files in the same
SOURCE, not in separate SOURCEs.

As for the SOURCE*_MD5*, I'd prefere the format already most commonly
used, that of: MD5[*], though your method makes more sense with regards to
the overall naming convention used in the DETAILS file. :) This would
save the however many files (I believe >300) to be modified more than just
changing the md5sum from the *.gz/*.bz2 to *.tar, which I do agree with as
it makes more sense, I was just lazy and wanted to get the md5sums in
there to look pretty. :)
