If they're not going to be developing, they should tell their Lead so that the
appropriate actions can be taken (removal from the wiki, Perforce access,
Ibiblio e-mail, etc.). But if we remove the leachers, the server will be
happier for the lighter load. ;) I'd prefere to contact them first, though,
and
ask why they are doing what they are doing. If they say that they are no
longer
developing (or no response is received within a week), then remove them.
