How is it for eroded and over pastured areas? We have some areas that are still in bad shape from years of abuse. Semi-rotational grazing has helped some but my fencing is not good enough to do actual controlled grazing. Those areas are just hard packed soil that grows weeds.

Tho i never let my comfrey go to seed (- as it sure is invasive -), be
cautious and put it where you want it to show up forever! I cannot
imagine that a variety that produces no seed ( ther Russian) shouldn't
have forethought for spreading also. It always reappears where i thought
it was eradicated from :)
