I don't know anything about your specific plastic windows but most all clear plastic will turn opaque in sunlight. I can't immagine you will have a clear outlook for ten years and possibly a good bit shorter if the plastic is not specially UV protected.

We just found an extremely cheap source for insulated plastic windows (double pane).

My questions is: Does anyone have experience with using these? Especially versus glass?

I cannot find much infomation on their efficiency letting light in, retaining heat, etc.
We cannot afford a glass greenhouse right now, but if the drawback of plastic windows are relatively small we might piece together one.
