Well, that part of my response was just a (bad) joke. The point I was making
was that virtually ALL of the corn grown in this country (and every other
country) is grown from SEED purchased from a multinational seed company such
as Monsanto. I was referring to one step further back in the process--where
one gets the SEED to grow the corn to make the ethanol from which one gets
the "waste" of CGM. And even if one TRIES to buy seed that *isn't* GMO and
owned by Monsanto, the non-GMO seed genetics are getting polluted from GMO
corn and Monsanto is suing for ownership of THAT....i.e. eventually Monsanto
owns ALL of the corn produced anywhere in the world. At the very least, it
is certainly not "irrelevant." Unfortunately.

Mostly, however, I just wanted to correct the notion that CGM was some magic
potion that somehow knows the difference between weed seeds and "whatever it
is you WANT to grow" seeds.
