Eugenio Gras of COAS in Jalisco, Mexico has written what seems to be
(looked at it quickly in his computer) a very good book on permaculture
design in Spanish. It is supposed to be printed this month, and costs $200
pesos ($15 US?) for 200 plus pages. It, of course, is not the PDM, and
don't know if it goes into wet, humid, lowlands much.
My computer is ill so I don't have Eugenio's address on me, but you might
try COAS' general email address. Eugenio's English is excellent.
I will certainly buy the book, and expect it will have high demand here -
it is much better than what was translated of Mollison- the translation was
quite poor and difficult to follow.
good luck,
