I also have to add that it appears to me that FEDCO's MOOSE TUBERS beats the price at north 40 books by about 3 to one (or is that 1/3 to one?) Unfortunately, Moose Tubers is closed for the season (you could have ordered up until March), but, still, North 40's price is ghastly!

My recollection is that Jerusalem artichokes are a good 'seed exchange' item, which, if I remember correctly, is a fact normally created by 'market forces,' or the lack there of.
