Dear All,
Permaculture in LA is very rare to find, until now. We have just occupied and
acre of land in Venice,CA where we plan to create a model unlike the models
of the past spaces. This time we're adding fun, style, sexy and imagination.
This formula is what the general public want. All the principles will apply
and even some new ones. We don't have time to hope anymore, but take a leap
without looking back. We are looking for a few people that would like to be
living and playing with us in this media circus that will only promote what
we all would love to see come true.
. Please feel free to call: 818-834-7074
Some of the fun we'll have. http://people.tribe.net/raycirino/photos
Sincerely,
Ray

In response to my question about EMF shields I got this reply on the "other"
list. Other perspectives?
There is little benefit from the various "shields". Microwave
radiation, i.e. from cell phones, is very very similar in frequency
to the non-ionizing radiation used in microwave ovens. They chose
that frequency for its exceptional ability to penetrate most
materials which also includes your brain tissue. Towers a bigger
issue, since you can't choose whether to be exposed or not unlike
holding a microwave transmitter up to your head voluntarily. Some
folks have taken to putting various kinds of sheet metal underneath
their drywall on walls that are between them and a cell tower that's
less than 2000 feet away. The telecommunications act of 1998 exempts
corporations AND THEIR OFFICERS from liability for health effects of
cell phones/towers. The industry extracted that from the Federal
government before they would commit to fully expanding the system.
They KNOW that cell phone radiation is dangerous. Workers on cell
phone towers were full radiation suits when doing maintainance.
