When I took the PDC, I was amazed at how nearly everyone there just
could not think negatively. Instead, their daily life was rich with
appreciation for everything and hope (positive vision) for the future.
Everything in the world, right now, is great.

Many buddhists and pagans.

At one point, George Bush was mentioned. Some talked about how he
(George) needed a hug. Others mentioned how it would be nice if
George took the PDC we were taking.

This ..... attitude ... had more impact on me than the content of the class.

I personally have difficulty getting my head around these constructs of
positivity & negativity.
It is Truth or Reality that I want to understand or peruse.
Permaculture for many sits within the culture of science.
The Philosophy of Science itself could be considered negative as its main
game is to immediately try to disprove any theory that anyone puts up. (But
then that a positive thing to do isn't it?)
An observation of mine is that many worthy Permaculture Demonstration Sites
have been designed and then implemented on the ground with much hard work by
people who could be labelled as having generally negative dispositions.
