Is a diversity of habitation part of this plan? One of the good parts of
what's going on in the Portland area is that the "hubs" are planned with
multi-story residence-over-commercial buildings next to the mass transit;
the entire cluster is walking distance from the mass transit, but as you
travel out from the center, the density & height of buildings decreases.
This gives potential residents a wide range of options.
