Aye, and here's the rub:
"For now, he has exclusive rights to grow the fern, thanks to a
Washington lawyer who patented the fern after learning of the UF
researchers' discovery."
I can't think of anything even vaguely civil to say about this
patenting of plants crap...&*#%^&*!!@#%!.... :-p.
