The one book I've seen on this is:
Solviva : How to Grow $500,000 on One Acre, & Peace on Earth
Author: Edey, Anna Publication: Vineyard Haven, MA : Trailblazer Press, June
1998

Last winter I had quite a time getting it. And to know exactly how she solved
the ammonia droplet problem, you have to order her blueprints. But if you
realize you need to block, settle or filter the air between the chickens and
the plants, you can probably figure something out (like a solar mass wall of
55 gallon drums?)

I'm in search of a smart rabbit hutch/chicken coop/greenhouse design that
takes advantages of the synergies each of the habitants provides the
others. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks
