DON'T WANT TO OFFEND WITH THIS CAPS THING, BUT JUST MAKES MY LIFE SO MUCH
EASIER (INSTEAD OF HAVING TO QUOTE PEOPLE LIKE I USUALLY DO).

So...assistance with what? What do these commercial farmers want
assistance with? What does WSF mean by 'assisting commercial farmers'
in some way that's in line with their intent? What kind of assistance
is WSF intending to offer them? (via PIW and other grantees...)

ASSISTING COMMERCIAL FARMERS MAKE THE TRANSITION FROM UNSUSTAINABLE TO
SUSTAINABLE. COME ON, FOLKS. I THINK WE UNDERSTAND WSF'S INTENTIONS,
RIGHT?
