Grape pie, generally from Concords, is a bit of a local specialty.  
I've eaten it several times; it's ranged from OK (most people make it  
too sweet for me) to pretty good, but I agree with Ginda -- there are  
a lot of easier things to make pie out of that make at least as good  
pie.
