I bought a Tomcot from Cummins Nursery (www.cumminsnursery.com/) in NY this
spring in case you'd like an East Coat source for that variety. I don't
know if they still have some left for shipping this spring, but it might be
worth calling or emailing them. I like the folks at Cummins as they've
patiently helped me sort through myriad apple/rootstock combinations.

Van Well currently has them on seedling rootstock.
