Pawpaws, yuck. I agree with you on this. We did find a grove of pretty nice ones, rather banana like in texture and pretty good eating. I thought that was what they were all like till I encountered the selections from the Ky planting. They were big fat things with a texture like pudding and the flavor did nothing for me. I brought some home and my husband and I both had the runs the next day. After I found out that the cancer fighting compound in them also can cause Parkinsons', I lost all interest. Obviously few of the people who ate lots of pawpaws ever developed Parkinsons, but it runs in my family. Donna
