Read on University of Sask site that US will allow Canadian
propagators to ship haskap plants to US in 2010. This is sort of
ambiguous. Can US customers have haskaps sent to them from Canada or
does it mean US nurseries can import haskaps from Canada? Doesn't
say if fees or licensing are involved. Anyone know?
