These bushes are about 3' tall and 3'-4' across. Good leaves, never been moved or otherwise assaulted, no dogs or deer. Can't figure what's up with them. The nursery has been no help. Thanks for any input.

Can anyone shed light on why 3 very healthy jostaberries have not flowered in the 3 years they've been in the ground? They are within 12 feet of each other, and also near a healthy group of productive gooseberries and a serviceberry tree that produce well. They are regularly watered, lightly fed and seem in great shape- Except for that part about not producing even a flower, much less some fruit. They were grown in my locale, supposedly for this climate (zone 5A). Any helpful hints?
