Since Prunus spinosa and Prunus cerasifera have been proven to be the parents of Prunus domestica from a natural cross in ancient times, then it should be graft compatible with both Myrobalan and Domestica plums. Anything else would be questionable.

I'm having a premature "senior moment" and Google isn't helping me out. Can Prunus spinosa be grafted to anything else from the Prunus genus or only some things?
