I performed a quick search. (Google is the greatest invention of the 21st
century so far.) Here is a link to information about the history of apricot
cancer therapy . Given the name of the site--quackwatch.com--you won't be
surprised that they are suspicious of the claims.

Steve H. SW WI Where I had my first Debbie's Gold apricots earlier this
month. They were OK.
