Scott,

Yes, it was written mostly by a Nafex past president Ram Fishman of
Greenmantle Nursery. Nafex used to give the book out free to members but
that was several years ago. I got my used copy through Amazon. I think it
cost me about $8 incl. shipping. It is more tailored toward the beginner,
so if you're a seasoned fruitier it probably wouldn't be very helpful. It
has some very nice pictures of grafting which is originally why I bought the
book.
