I'm going to plant a weeping mulberry this spring, but now I'm wondering how that will compare in taste and productivity to an Illinois? I want to be able to freeze and ideally also dry (feeding a sailboat adventuring fantasy) fruit. If anyone grows both, could you compare the fruit qualities for me? Has anyone ever tried to dry mulberries? Or make fruit leather with it? Thank you again. Nice helpful list.
