Goats are herd animals. They go together naturally. The best way I have
found to move goats from field to pen etc is bread. Mine get bread as a
treat. If you rattle a wrapper you will get mugged. It is also a good way
to give wormer.

Once you can herd the goats together, put them in their own field to browse,
the goats always seem (from experience) to be much happier.
That's pretty much accepted.
