No. I put them in water to boil them. Early in the season, they made a
lovely pinkish thick syrup. I don't remember if I put sugar in it or not.
I was so pleased that I went back out a few weeks later to pick more, only
they had had a hard freeze and were soft. That time everything settled out
of solution. Donna
