Hello,
I have always used a small fan on my indoor seedlings. It is plugged into the same timer the lights get plugged into.
It will you stocky, strong plants, ready to go outdoors.
Just enough wind to produce some movement is all that is necessary.
I was just trying to mimic outdoor conditions, and it worked.

I love tricks like that - especially when they work. If this one does, I
wonder if it's another reason direct-seeded plants do so much better than
transplants? Not that I can usually convince people of that; but there are
many studies that show that although, say, direct-seeded tomatoes bear a
little later than transplants, the plants are healthier and the total yields
higher. Makes sense to me. If plants liked to be moved, they'd have little
feet...

I have read that exposing the baby plants to a breeze (such as from an
electric fan, or a real outdoor breeze) helps. Something about
triggering the plants to grow more strongly, rather than directly
influencing the pathogen. I haven't tried it.
