Nice point. Smell is from the limbic system; an old bodily system to say the
least. Odors go right to the brain. No cerebral editing here (or brain
stem). Just bang, there it is. T'would be nice if some bright thing would
write nose books. Ah! Curling up by the fire, a tad of Makers Mark and a
nose book. Now, that is nose candy!!

Hi,

Ask any farmer... The smell of manure is the smell of money.

It is all perspective.

I lived on an island connected to the coast via a causeway and a bridge.
At low tide the smell of swamp gas was high on a hot summer day. I
considered it the smell of home, and smelling meant I was almost there.
