Hi,

Leeks are exactly what some commercial producers use, if they do not use
ayger (sp?) (media), or prior to succes
in propagation in media.

If you look for technical papers on myco fungi, you will a lot of scientists
using leeks in their studies.

Some plants are better hosts for certain strains of myco fungi, makes sense
to use them.

Throw these terms into Google "mycorrhizal hosts propagation" and you should
get something. Add leeks and it
will be more specific.

Later,
Tom
