Wow! A little testy are we Tom?!? Sometimes more natural can be better.
However, I do agree with you that we need to educate ourselves on all
alternatives. I'd be interested in what you have to say about using smother
crops to suppress weeds.

I get a kick out of these "organic" alternatives.
What the heck is going to happen to soil PH when it is doused with enough
acid to kill grass and
broad leafs in 24 hours?
A chemical is a chemical whether it occurs naturally or is manmade. There
are benefits and risks
to using all of them.
Anyone interested in enjoying a nice cup of all natural, organic arsenic?
Do not be duped, or allow people to play some sort of "organic" trump card
on you. Educate
yourself and make informed decisions. This is not a black and white area.
