Lon, thanks much for the clarification on prune plums....
Rick, I am just getting saskatoons going, plan to get another 4 varieties this spring. But never heard of drying them, great suggestoon! Might be great in my wife's home baked granola and breads.

Do you grow and dry saskatoons? They are great dried- the sugars concentrate
and the seeds have a slight almond flavor, and they're easy to dry. I like
to use them in cooking.
