Hi
I just made some juice from passiflora
(maypop). I removed the pulp and seeds and threw away the skin. I covered the
pulp and seeds in water then added more water to double the original covering.
(in a cookpot).
I then bought it to a boil and simmered for
about 30 minutes.
I strained it thru a rice colander and
added about 1/3 more water and some sugar to taste.( you could use artifical
sweetener)
It tastes pretty good and works well with
breakfast....kinda like orange juice in a way.
Can't think of anything else to do with
these things...ha.
