I don't like the salt idea.
It is more harmful to the environment that the 2-4-D or Roundup by far.
That is why the highway depts have stopped using salt on the roads anymore.
They found it was harming the environment.

Certainly respect your opinion, Sam....
But...
After using it on the soil within a year the soil comes back to viability.
I know I would never think of ingesting anything that was even near or down
wind
of
roundup or 2-4D.
I'm no expert for sure, but if salt is present in the human nomenclature and
the
body can
rid itself of excess, I wonder what may happen with the catalyst used in 2-4D
or
roundup?
A couple of my buds from Nam are still having probs from defoliants while "in
country"
and 2-4D, agent orange and like kinds of air applications...
Given the choice....
I would choose something natural over that of man made.
