- Jorene Downs
- Instructor (SAR, MSAR, CERT), SAR Management
- Tulare County Sheriff's Posse, Mounted Patrol www.CEOates.com/sar
- Tulare County, CA - countywide response (primarily Mountain / Wilderness
SAR) and available for Mutual Aid
- 35-40 MSAR riders in the county
- Whether experienced or new to MSAR, everyone has something to share and
more to learn. MSAR-Riders is the premier discussion group for MSAR
globally, and an excellent method for networking and exchanging information.
Discussion archives provide a very good resource for research. MSAR-Riders
is the best current single source of information anywhere on the subject of
MSAR, and is accessible to anyone with Internet access.

Una, if people will make a point of including their web site (if any) you
might take this opportunity to capture more MSAR-related team locations and
web sites to add to the MSAR-Riders list. I often get inquiries about MSAR
referred to me by NASAR, and being able to send people to that web site
list, discussion archives, etc., is very advantageous.
