My Chisel plow is a 5 shank but the shanks bolt on so I can take off the outer two and put them back on when I need them.  Its also somewhat adjustable as to the width because of  the bolt-on shanks.  It takes a 3 point hitch though.  I can't remember what I paid for it but its pretty heavy duty. The brand is Northstar out of Yakima, WA.  Couldn't read the model number on the plow but I bought it through a John Deere dealer.

It plows pretty deep, I go down about 18 inches.  It will go deeper in sandy soil but mine chunks up a bit because of the heavy clay and the chunks won't clear if I go lower.  That said it takes a bit of power and more than that, traction to pull.  I have a 4wd and it needs it.  I also have to put quite a bit of weight on the front so I load up my front loader with rocks
