[sorry to have cross-posted this to the high tunnels list--I meant it to go
here]
I think I have forced all my early lettuce seeds into dormancy. I'm getting
terrible germination (ie, 30% at best) from seeds that only a few weeks ago
were doing great. I've kept the seed packs in my seedling room, and fear the
recent warmer temps in the room (fluctuating, but reaching the mid- to upper
70s) may have put them to sleep. Will they wake up if I chill the seeds for a
few days in the fridge? any other suggestions?
varieties: black-seeded simpson, new red fire, green ice, tin tin, winter
density, forellenschluss
