I did a similar thing along a cinder block barn wall. Used railroad tie foundation, stablized
with thick rebar driven into the ground (through drilled rr tie).
Did a stud wall frame (could have been wider than the 16in oc) and covered with double
poly because I'd seen too many failed k-wall, fiberglass panel installations (got too
cloudy too early in the life of the panel).
My goal was a cheap greenhouse that got the job done- it didn't necessarily increase
the property value. Don't forget to paint the studs white!
