Allan -

I grow hard red spring wheat (for bread), oats and sometimes triticale. I
have sourced seed from Lakeview Organic Grain in Penn Yan, NY (315-531-1038)
and Albert Lea Seeds in Albert Lea, MN (http://www.alseed.com/)

For hard red spring wheat, AC Barry, Glenn and Red Fife have done well for me.

We are getting some members interested in getting small grains a
couple times a year but it turns out that no one knows what they
want!?!

Is anyone here growing grain? For bread mostly, I assume. Is there
anything we can start in the spring that will be good for bread?

Thanks

-Allan
