I grow and mill non-GMO grains and beans for farmers' markets.  I also grow GMO-grains and beans for commodity market.  I think grains, cereal crops, and legumes are important part of market farming.  We reduced our GMO crops by nearly 30% the last three years, but its difficult to go completely cold turkey

I am currently trying hard to tackle the whole staple crop at farmers markets and selling to restaurants.
