I don't see veggies anywhere in the phrase "Market Farming". I do produce both veggies and free-range eggs for farmers markets and although, I haven't had a question posed to me about soy/corn free eggs at a market, yet, it could happen. It seems like a fair topic for this listserv to me.

While our production is mostly veggies and we don't have any livestock at the moment, I took "market farming" to mean "farming for direct-market sales", and to include livestock, fruits, herbs, and even flowers as well as veggies.
I don't know how others on the list define the term.
