Alan

How do you collect your data? What time do you do it? Do you have a base line? Can you improve the brix in the short run if it's low? I have a meter but need to have some some help from experience.

Hey, thanks, folks, for noticing and for being so generous!

I should point out that Larry Bohlen of "Natural Check"
http://www.naturalcheck.com/lb_bio.php is offering refractometers
(BRIX METERS) for something like $42 dollars. I bought one from him
in December because I couldn't find the one I'd used for the past 5
years (still haven't found it!) . The one I got from him for $42 (or
something like that) was the same quality (and probably make) meter I
had bought for $89 5 years earlier at an ACRES CONFERENCE. (And that
was considered to be a real deal at the time!) I've seen the exact
meters Larry sells for $90 at ag events recently.

I don't know how Larry can sell these meters so cheaply, but if I
wanted a refractometer, I'd jump on one of his.

Yes, I don't make a dime off from telling you this other than the
satisfaction of knowing that you can get a good deal and of knowing
that people will support Larry and his crazy pricing!

Thanks again, folks!
