We also do high density rows and thin and we sell the thinning for about 5.00 a pound to restaurants.

Right now I am working on harvesting for bagged micros for this winter.  After we harvest fall corn I start work on our scaled up honey house and will be focusing on that, micros, and finding a good cultivating tractor (Farmall Cub or G).

I've been able to do some nice production in my basement with zero sun light and 40 watt lights.  I am also planning on working with some lower density flats that for large micro greens that would be about the size of our thinnings.
