Brian - What dilution rate rate are you using with the Pyganic? My recollection is that it is something like 3oz per gallon, so the $150 (est) quart doesn't go very far, as well. You're right, though. Pyganic 5 (?) really knocks pests down. -Allan in WV

With shipping, etc. Johnny's Seeds in Maine is proving the most economical on Surround for us up North. Seven Springs in Virginia (I believe) www.7springsfarm.com has the best price I've seen but isn't cost effective for us after freight. A different location might change the economics. Pyganic is pricey. We get it from a local mineral dealer for a few bucks over what Johnny's offers it for. I haven't seen the price vary by much between suppliers.

>And as an additional aside I have NO affiliation with Surround. And
kind of wish I didn't like it so much. But I do. It has proved
really helpful in many ways!

Brian - Where do you buy it? And have you found a 'better' price for
Pyganic? Pyganic is the only organic insecticide (among neem, iodine,
soap, and ... and ...) that actually knocked down my flea beetles. I
guess that was on Monday. There were a few back today. Very few. I'll
hit them again on Monday. It never dawned me that I'd have a product
that actually killed enough flea beetles that I'd run out of them!
