Greetings,
I move mine to a greenhouse, 10'x12', [I have 2.] each with 220 gallons of water in them to keep the temperatures somewhat steady. I am finding that the plants like it better if there is a natural swing in temperatures, so I keep them warm for about a week, then out they go, sprouted or not. I get better germination than keeping them warm all the time.
I have yet to have great luck with lights, so we went to greenhouses. Our first was a 6x8 from harbor freight, worked extremely well, stood up well even to Ike, as it now lives at a neighbors. The larger hf greenhouses need a lot more work to make them stand up, we lost one in Ike as the improvements weren't finished. It is now rebuilt and complete. We find lots of barrels of water in the greenhouse keep the temperatures regulated.

Bright Blessings,
Kim

So, Kim, what are you using, or going to use, for lighting for your seedlings? I assume you move starts off the mat shortly. How does that work in your fluxuating temperatures? _Allan in a woodburning home in WV
