Hi Linda,

Corn meal is finely ground whole corn, which would be expected to run about 9% protein. Corn gluten meal, or CGM, is

"A high protein by-product of corn wet-milling used for livestock feed and sold commercially as 41 percent and 60 percent protein."

The 2 products are pretty totally different.

Kind regards,

I was at the feed store a while ago & they had corn meal bags.  Would corn
meal &  corn meal gluten be the same thing?
