Hi Linda,
Corn meal is finely ground whole corn, which would be expected to run about 9% protein. Corn gluten meal, or CGM, is
"A high protein by-product of corn wet-milling used for livestock feed and sold commercially as 41 percent and 60 percent protein."
The 2 products are pretty totally different.
