Where/what type
of thermostats did you use? The probe ones I find at the greenhouse supplies++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
are pretty pricey. I'm guessing you found something more economical.

I would think that thermostats and alarms would be a poor place to try and get by with cheap equipment, find what is top of the line and then shop price.
A quality double poly house is less than an hour away from disaster on a cold night or hot day, when the worst happens: have a plan.
